Dr. Clayman was appointed Dean of School of Medicine leading the opening of the new Douglas Hospital and massive growth around the School of Medicine and the medical center while obtaining full accreditation for the School of Medicine and, despite an ongoing recession, achieving fiscal stability with a $46 million turn around.
